If Twitter existed in the 1980s, when climate change was just creeping into public consciousness, this degree of cluelessness might - MIGHT - have been forgivable.  In 2018, however ...

It is genuine. The source is a climate obsessive who posts things like, "Funny... millennial climate bedwetting trolls have spent all weekend trying to 'ratio' me because of this tweet. They should instead spend their time learning why CO2 is good and communism is bad."
